Natural Resource Management Expert/ Project Coordinator

The position is going to be based in Quetta Office, Balochistan.
• Conducting meeting with Donor and other stakeholders for working relation and implementation of the project
• Participate and supervise the community development activities of both projects of rangeland management and mangroves plantation
• Supporting Project coordinator in effective implementation of project
• Facilitate the consultants and to ensure the accomplishments of their targets planned in both projects and maintaining the data and record
• Record keeping and data processing
• Linkages development with donor for paving the way for smooth implementation of the project
• Coordinate with focal person of BIWRMDP for project and ensuring the smooth implementation of both projects
• Develop the monthly progress report to achieve the targets of the projects in time
• Supervising the GIS based monitoring of the project
• Ensure the successful implementation of the training component of the project
• Prepare the capacity building and training plan for both projects of Rangelands management and Mangroves Plantation
• Conduct Training need assessment of the staff and communities for conducting training and implementation of capacity building plans
• Conduct training of the concerned staff and local communities
• Training the social organizers
• Ensure the evaluation of all capacity building events
• Develop the training completion reports
• Facilitate the project coordinator in progress reporting
• Bachelor or masters in environmental sciences, or related field, such as forestry, coastal and marine, etc. • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field • English and Urdu |
