To apply for a position, you must first register in the HR Management System.

If you have already registered, please log in.

If not, please create a new account.

Current and former IUCN employees are kindly asked to use their existing user account instead of creating a new one.

After creating your account, you will be asked to fill in your profile information and upload your CV. You can apply to a vacancy only after your profile is complete (by opening the vacancy and pressing again on the "Apply" button). You will be able to modify your profile and CV at any time by logging into the system again, and you can re-use your profile for any future application.

We recommend that you prepare your CV in advance and also that you prepare your letter of motivation for a specific position before starting the application process online and then simply cut and paste the text into the box. You will not be able to change your letter of motivation once it has been submitted. Should you wish to make a change, you will need to withdraw your application and re-submit it.
