BACKGROUND
Responsible for assessing the quality of implementations, specifications and technical design documents globally for all ERP and related systems and services (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Jet Reports, Data Warehouse, Admin portals, Project portal, e-Signature tool, Risk management system and any other new projects).

This is local recruitment. This position can be located in any of 2 locations: Bangladesh or Nepal. Only local nationals, individuals with residence status, or the appropriate employment visa for a respected country are eligible to apply.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Organise and provide support for ERP and related systems and services (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Jet Reports, Data Warehouse, Admin portals, Project portal, e-Signature tool, Risk management system and any other new projects).

Primarily support the Americas’ offices, as well as all other IUCN out-posted, regional, country offices and special events by participating in the Global IUCN “follow-the-sun” support approach.

Quality Assurance
- Test products and produce auditable test records according to agreed functional test scenarios
- Propose design of functional tests and identify opportunities to automate test
- Conduct ad-hoc testing when needed to investigate root cause for active problems
- Monitor and analyse incidents related to product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
- Prepare and present reports and analysis regarding all aspects of quality assurance

General and Data Maintenance
- Maintain master data when and where required
- Review data quality according and investigate data patterns
- Collaborate with the development team to propose solutions to improve data quality
- Propose changes to data management processes and procedures
- Interface with end-users to identify opportunities for highly usable solutions integrated globally in order that IUCN can benefit from the productivity gains offered by technology.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Target end-user group: Finance and Admin
- Plan, manage and provide 1st level client support services related to Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Raise relevant issues to 2nd level support
- Provide training where needed
- Assist in conducting security reviews and implementing permissions changes
- Analyse processes and provide feedback to process owners based on incidents
- Analyse data and provide reports when needed

Admin portals
- Target user groups: All IUCN staff including Approvers, Finance and Admin
- Work together with Finance providing 1st level support to end-users
- Provide training where needed
- Plan, manage and provide 2nd level client support services related to admin portals (Travel Requests and Expense Claims, Purchase Requisitions and online approval systems)
- Analyse processes and provide feedback to process owners based on incidents
- Analyse data and provide reports when needed

Project Portal
- Target end-user groups: All IUCN staff, Portfolio managers
- Work together with Planning Monitoring, Evaluation and Risk unit (PME&R) to plan, manage and provide 1st level client support services related to admin portals
- Provide training where needed
- Analyse processes and provide feedback to process owners
- Analyse data and provide reports when needed

Time Management System
- Target end-user groups: All IUCN staff, Portfolio managers
- Work together with Planning Monitoring, Evaluation and Risk unit (PME&R) to plan, manage and provide 1st level client support services related to admin portals
- Provide training where needed
- Analyse processes and provide feedback to process owners based on incidents
- Analyse data and provide reports when needed
REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree or equivalent experience in CS, IT or ICT sectors

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in supporting end users in using ERP systems, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Serenic Navigator is a plus

• Experience in designing and executing quality assurance activities for ERP systems

• Experience of working with an ITIL compliant ITSM tool for support purposes

• Strong problem analysis and solving skills

• Excellent writing skills for technical documentation including

• Fluent in English required

• Available to travel when required
