BACKGROUND
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Reviewing information booklets and reports of LfN and Business Biodiversity Program of IUCN and suggesting revision.
• Dialoguing with LfN member companies and other private sector companies to fix their in-company sessions and other programs, as guided by coordinator.
• To assist in making brochure, reports, articles, web stories etc under the project.
• To assist in maintaining the LfN website
• To assist in outreaching the new companies for increasing the membership of LfN.
• To assist in organizing Master Class trainings and conferences, workshops, events etc under the programme.
• To assist in developing the training modules for corporates and other stakeholders
• To assist in developing white papers and reports for agriculture and other projects.
• To assist in developing ToRs and contracts of consultants where required.
• To assist in compiling the information related to Business Sustainability , including business and biodiversity, through literature review, web search and other sources.
• To assist in carrying out the various field studies under the Business and Biodiversity project(s) as and when indicated.
• Help in maintaining records and files relevant to LfN on regular basis.
• Develop and maintain a computerized mailing lists as well as information data base on the programme’s principle contacts and email addresses telephone numbers fax etc
• Help Project/Programme staff in filing the relevant documents and information.
• To carry out any other relevant tasks that may from time to time be indicated by the line manager
REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently undergoing university of post degree/master studies, in Natural Science , Business Management , Communications, Biodiversity or related discipline.
