This internship aims to offer students undergoing graduate or post-graduate studies and recent graduates a meaningful work experience by supplementing their learning through a practical and on-the-job training approach. In doing so, the intern’s knowledge is supplemented through a practical learning experience while IUCN derives some level of advantage from the young professional’s services as well as the possibility of gaining new perspectives from the intern.
IUCN in Cambodia is seeking to recruit an Intern - Human Resources starting in the midle of June 2021. The Intern will serve for a period of about 6 months. This is remote job. Intern could working from from home in any where across the world.The position reports to the Senior Human Recources Officer in IUCN Cambodia.
• Assist in providing HR services to Congress staff
• Assist in maintaining of overall staffing plan of the Congress
• Assist in creating training or staff information materials
• Assist in updating the overall org chart and team structures
• Assist in HR work related tasks as assigned by supervisor
Outputs:
• Prompt delivery of HR services to Congress staff
• Updated HRMS Congress database and team charts
• Summary of Comp & Ben provisions across IUCN Country Offices
• Summary of positions titles per country
• Training materials
• Currently undergraduate or graduate student; • Experience in using management systems preferred; • English is essential; • Excellent computer skills; Able to use softwares such as Lucid chart, etc. preferred. |
