It focuses on developing local, sustainable landscape-level plans, promoting landscape restoration, and reducing deforestation in selected landscapes in the four countries. A critical component of the PLUS project is raising awareness about and supporting the integration of the One Health approach in landscape plans to address the risk of infectious diseases due to land-use change and biodiversity loss in the project countries.

The incumbent will support the Senior Programme Coordinator, based in Washington D.C. in implementing the One-Health Component of the project.
