The primary role of this position is to mobilize and engage with communities in the field, where rangeland project activities are being carried out. Involves coordination with communities, field stakeholders, data collection,
reporting and engagement. The position is going to be based in Quetta Office, Balochistan.
• Collection of the socio demographic data of the project’s sites and communities
• Conducting surveys and use the PRA techniques for data collection
• Conducting the dialogues for participatory rangeland and watershed management with
• communities
• Formation of male and female community organizations in the project area
• Facilitate the consultants for participatory rangeland and watershed management and to
• ensure the community participation in all interventions
• Facilitation of consultants in all trainings of communities and their participation in natural
• resource management
• Monthly reporting of the field interventions and monitoring of the technical interventions of the
• project
• Facilitation of the training coordinator in effective implantation of the project
• Socio demographic data of target communities has been collected and submitted to project
• office
• Collection of socio demographic data of target communities
• Establishment of both male and female community organizations
• Monthly reporting
• Ensuring communities participation in all interventions such as land for range, watershed,
• fodder plots and others
• Meetings with communities and reporting

• Meeting with communities have been conducted and properly reported
• Bachelor or Master in social sciences, environmental sciences, etc. • 2-3 years experience in community engagement and mobilization • Urdu and local language |
